Architecture:
Describe to me what makes the style of homes and property in your area unique.
Naples has a rich history going back to the early 1900's. Many of the older homes along the Gulf of Mexico are still standing. These are the old style Florida cottages and homes. As you go east of US 41 you begin to see more modern architecture that is a Tuscany or Mediteranian style. That is very popular now from Naples to Ft. Myers and beyond.
Arts & History:
What is your favorite landmark in the area?
The Naples Pier and 5th Ave South in Old Naples.
What is the history behind it?
Back in the early days there were only 1500 people living in Naples and now we have about 250,000 full time residents and in the winter we have 500,000 total sesonal and year round residents. The original center of Naples is now called Old Naples.
What museum or park do you recommend I visit first?
The Edison Museum in Ft. Myers and Carribean Gardens in Naples
How would you describe the landscape of the land?
Tropical and exotic.
What seasons of the year do you enjoy most?
Anyone that does not produce SNOW! The Naples area has excellant weather year round.
Business:
What type of Industry and Business fuel the local economy?
The tourism and service industry are the major employers in the Naples to Ft. Myers area. The construction industry is also providing fuel to the local economy with all the new construction that is going on in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Ft. Myers.
Dining:
What are some of your favorite places to go if casually dining out?
There are many excellant restaurants from Naples to Ft. Myers. A couple of our favorites are Carrabas, which have great italian food and Joe's Crab Shack for seafood. There are some excellant ones at Venitian Village and on 5th Ave. in Old Naples.
What is a common fast food that I may not find in other areas of the country?
I recall the first fast food restaurant I saw here that was new to me was Checkers. They have the usual burgers but the french fries are seasoned and they are excellent.
Growth:
How would you describe the growth of your community?
Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Ft. Myers, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral and points north have been experiencing exceptional growth over the past three years. This has caused the prices of homes to rise more than 25% in each of the last two years.
History:
Does your area have a unique history?
This area has a rich history that goes all the way back to the Seminole indians that were one of the many Native american indians that lived in the area.
Recreation:
What are some of the outdoor activities people in your area typically enjoy?
From Naples to Ft. Myers you can enjoy the beautiful Beaches, Golf Courses, Boating , and Fishing.
Sports:
What professional and college sports teams can I cheer for?
A) Professional: Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Devil Rays and the Florida Marlins
B) College: Miami Hurricanes, Florida State and many others
Where do you recommend I do my department store shopping?
In Naples you can go to the Coastland Mall or the Premium Outlets. In Bonita Springs you would go to Estero and visit the Miromar Premium Outlets. And In Ft. Myers you can visit the Bell Tower or Edison Malls.
Where do you recommend I do my home shopping?
There are several Wal-Mart Supercenters in the Naples and surrounding area.
INFORMATION REGARDING:
Is there a certain type of client you're looking for?
We are looking to help any one who is interested in relocating to this area, 2nd home buyers, or investment buyers that may want to purchase a home now to use for there future retirement home or investors that want to buy and sell property and avoid paying the IRS Capital Gains tax through the use of a 1031 tax exchange. We are 1031 tax echange specialists and we can assist them with that.
1) What do you feel you offer that's different from everybody else?
We are 1031 tax exchange specialists. And we provide old fashion professional service using the latest technology.
2) Community Involvement:
Our children attend St. Elizabeth Seton School and we are very active at the school.
3) Experience:
What work did you do before real estate?
I was in manufacturing for 15 years and then started my sales career that has been going for 16 years. Pam is a licensed RN along with being licensed in real estate. And she has been a Weight Watcher Leader for over 15 years.
Did it have an influence on you when choosing to get into real estate?
No it has always been a passion of ours. I got my real estate license in Massachussets back in 1987.

Other than real estate, what else interest you?
Sports and time with family.
Where do you go to enjoy your personal activities?
Disney World
What was something you are tremendously proud to have done?
Relocate to Naples Fl.
6) Passion for RE:
What do you specifically love about real estate?
Every persons needs are different, meeting peoples needs is a gratifying experience.

Where have you traveled in the past?
Bermuda, Mexico, and the Bahamas.
If you had to move to another city anywhere in the nation, where would it be?
Hawaii
